They have provided the expression of their art for all of us to enjoy. We also included recipes from GYO GREENS friends. Most of these individuals are not trained chefs, but are passionate about cooking and were supportive of the farm when it was just a dream.
The recipes created for the book are as varied as the chefs’ experiences and palates. They range from the very simple to more complex. Some of the recipes require attention to detailed instructions and good planning; some are very simple, but all will be delicious. We hope you are inspired by the recipes, the ingredients and the photos. We hope you share them with friends as well. Remember: “No one who cooks, cooks alone."
